12. Ski- & Golf-Challenge in Dolomitengolf Resort
THE LOGE was full of energy and enthusiasm as the twelfth Ski & Golf Challenge took place at the stunning Dolomitengolf Resort in Lienz/East Tyrol from March 28th to April 1st, 2024 🎿⛳️. This unique event combined two dynamic sports and, aside from athletic action, also offered communal parties 🥳 and plenty of fun 😄. THE LOGE members were participating for the second time this year and were charmed by the family atmosphere at the Dolomitengolf Resort ❤️.
While the peaks were still covered in snow ❄️, golf swings could already be made down in the valley, surrounded by a picturesque setting 🏞️. Many members of THE LOGE have already enjoyed the unique ambiance of the Ski & Golf Challenge at the Dolomitengolf Resort 😊. The ski slopes in the Defereggental were still in excellent condition 🎿 at this time of year, and the ski race was excellently organized by the resort’s orga-team 🏆.
What followed was an exciting two-person scramble over 9 holes, which became an unforgettable experience for the participants 🌟.
Headpro Stefan Kühne emphasized, “For the scoring of the Ski & Golf Challenge, we developed a fair and easy-to-understand mode that offers all participants a chance at a winning placement 🏌️♂️. The ski run’s second time is deducted from the net or gross points scored at the golf tournament. The least remaining seconds win!” 🥇
For non-skiers, participating in this event was an absolute highlight 🌈! Instead of competing in ski races in the morning, they could already play 9 or 18 holes, enjoy the fantastic wellness area 🧖♀️, or go shopping in Lienz 🛍️. The possibilities were plentiful!
Another highlight of this trip was undoubtedly the exquisite cuisine of the resort, whether at breakfast, dinner, or a snack at hole 19! 🍽️
THE LOGE will also fly their flag at this event in the Dolomitengolf Resort in 2025 and ensure plenty of good vibes 🚩😊.
